A delayed withdrawal does not automatically establish fraud. Published processing periods, technical faults or legitimate account checks can cause delays. Concern increases when explanations keep changing, stated deadlines pass without evidence or access is made conditional on sending new money to another account.
Record the withdrawal request date, amount, reference and the terms that applied when you requested it. Capture the current status and ask the provider through its verified support channel for a written explanation, including any outstanding requirement. Compare that explanation with its published terms rather than messages from a private “account manager”.
Verify the provider’s identity before supplying additional documents. Avoid sending identity documents to an unsolicited messaging account. If a payment is described as a tax or official fee, check the claim independently with the relevant official source; a logo or invoice is not sufficient verification.
Contact your bank, card issuer or payment provider promptly if you suspect deception, explaining the payment method and dates. Available options and time limits vary. Do not assume a dashboard balance is withdrawable money, and do not treat another deposit as a reliable way to release it.
