What this notice covers

This page describes the contact form and current technical processing. It remains incomplete pending verification of the operator’s legal details. Contact info@recovant.eu with privacy enquiries.

Information supplied

We request first name, surname, email, issue type, description, country, language and acknowledgement of this notice. The server adds a submission date. Country and language storage in Sheets depends on the deployed Google script. Your phone number is required. Country and amount are optional.

Purpose and transmission

Details are used to understand and respond to your enquiry, not to enrol you in marketing. Netlify forwards the form to Google Apps Script and the existing Google Sheet. Hosting and Google services may process technical request data such as IP addresses.

Receipt and uncertainty

A positive integration response is required before a receipt is shown. This does not independently certify each spreadsheet column. A network failure may occur after a write: contact us before resubmitting to avoid duplicates.

Your choices and rights

You may contact info@recovant.eu about access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights. The rights and complaint routes available depend on the law that applies to your circumstances.

Details requiring verification before publication

The full legal identity and address of the controller, legal basis, retention period, recipients and international transfer safeguards must be supplied and checked by the operator. This is not yet a complete statutory privacy notice.
